Membership request
Membership applications are open only to owners and long term renters (or their extended families) of properties located within the defined physical zone in Kilkenny Bay as delineated on the accompanying map. Only applicants residing within this specified area are eligible for membership consideration. New membership requests are reviewed yearly at springtime by the Board of Directors. If you are interested in becoming a member, please fill-in the Membership Request Form on our website or talk to a director. Applicants are encouraged to provide the name of an existing KBA member who can endorse their application for membership. While not mandatory, such a reference may support your request to join our association. If you are a guest of an existing member, you need to be accompanied by the existing member at all times to use our facilities. Guests of existing members who anticipate utilizing KBA's facilities for a duration of eight days or more within a single summer season will be subject to guest fees and consideration by the Board of Directors. Such guests will be evaluated for potential membership in accordance with KBA's membership criterias and procedures. All approved membership requests are subject to a three-month probationary period, during which time the member's adherence to KBA's rules, regulations, and standards of conduct will be closely monitored. The commercial usage of our facilities, including but not limited to photoshoots, weddings, or fishing expeditions, is strictly prohibited. Members are reminded that KBA's amenities are intended solely for personal recreational use and may not be utilized for commercial purposes without prior authorization from the Board of Directors.
